What are the key ingredients?

Liver Support provides a range of botanical extracts including milk thistle, dandelion, beetroot, grape seedand quercetin. Milk thistle is a popular herb which provides the active flavonoid silymarin. Both milk thistle and dandelion have a long history of traditional use in providing support for the liver.
The formula also includes lecithin, which contains phosphatidylcholine. Phosphatidylcholine is essential for cell membrane health and for supporting healthy fat transport and metabolism in the body, thereby maintaining normal liver function.
A range of amino acids, including the sulphur amino acids N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC), L-cysteine and L-methionine, are also included to support detoxification pathways.
