Dr. Mark Tan

Dr. Mark Tan has been engaged in Biomedical Science and research since 1996. Conducted first research on the antibacterial properties of Manuka honey in 1999 and was awarded top 10 in the International Nutrition and diagnostics conference in 2014. Furthermore, second research was submitted on the effect of high glucose levels on the respiratory burst using U937 cell line. The study shows that hyperglycaemia cause damage to cells by subsequently enhancing production of free radicals, but is reversed by antioxidant, SOD, and the hxdroxyl radical scavenger, DMSO.

Dr. Tan engaged in Western medicine for the last fifteen years, alongside Nutrition, Naturopathic medicine, Acupunture, Orthomolecular medicine, Intravenous Nutrition therapy, QiGong, Energy Medicine, Tao Science and Tao Calligraphy to help humanity. Currently Dr. Tan works in the A&E and his private clinic, applying the above techniques seven days a week in order to serve more humanity.  

Dr Tan has recently contributed to a textbook publication on 'The pathogenesis and treatment of COVID-19 and long COVID with Traditional Chinese Medicine ' . He is a member of the International Society of Orthomolecular medicine (ISOM), GMC, GNC, ATCM, ANP, BSIO, AAOT, IVNT, Longevitology academy, Tao academy, Tao Hands practitioner, Kuan Yin Lineage holder and Love Peace Harmony Foundation.
